Queen Bee!  I copied 7 Instagram fitness photos for ONE week….

Man, did I learn A LOT about myself!

This was HARD for me to do – more mentally than anything else….

When I tried recreating instagram pictures and copying the 7 female fitness instagrammers I absolutely love, I was ready to hate every SINGLE picture I took of myself.

Instead, I took lessons for myself in body positivity and confidence while in the improvement, losing weight process. A lot of women try to lose weight – but I know one thing that I always struggled with was loving my body while in the process of losing weight.

We often see the before and after pictures, but what about the in-progress shots? Does that not count?

Plus Instagram can sometimes feel inauthentic, because I feel I see tons of pictures of perfect fit bodies, but never really much of the in-progress ones. So this week was my homage to the improvement process.

I copied these 7 fiesty female fitness instagrammers like Kayla Itsines, Chalene Johnson, and Tone it Up, in an attempt to show the in-progress photos and embrace the journey.
