Being in Amanda's Challenge Group, I have tried countless new things that I previously categorized as "gross" and never ate. I had never eaten brussel sprouts, eggs/ omelettes, zucchini, eggplant, quinoa, squash, sweet potatoes, the list goes on (Except mushrooms, mushrooms still remain gross). Her challenge groups have brought new recipes and pictures of the meals she makes and it has inspired me to experiment in the kitchen.
I like being able to track my daily fitness and shake intake and getting the reminders to do so. I also enjoy interacting with both the coaches and the other challenge participants; they all provide valuable tips and encouragement.
